Over the course of 4 months, Kristin helped me navigate the insanity that comes with buying a 1st home in Los Angeles, and I couldn't be happier. As someone who works a 9-8 job, 5 days a week, I needed someone patient and knowledgeable who could manage the very limited time I had available to me. That's easier said than done. I'm in a highly desirable area South of the Blvd. in Sherman Oaks, and the cherry on top is that it immediately appraised for 50k more than I paid. I can't recommend Kristin enough.
